Return & Exchange policy

  1. We do not offer cash refunds for any gemstone purchases under any circumstances. Our policy does not allow returns after 7 days from the date of invoice.
  2. Under our 7 days return policy, the return of loose gemstones is solely at our discretion and subject to verification. We have a process of refunding 100% of the amount within 15 days of return (maximum of 30 days from the request of return).
  3. Availability of astrological services depends on the availability of astrologers. We are not obligated to provide these services.
  4. Under our easy exchange policy, Sapphires, Emeralds, Rubies, and Hessonites may be exchanged within one month of purchase at the office. To qualify for exchange, the original bill, certificate, and gemstone must be presented for verification. Exchange is subject to a minimum deduction of 35% of the product value, at our discretion, if the gemstone is verified. This policy is applicable only to specific loose gemstones.
  5. Products including diamonds, gold, jewelry, Rudraksha, Opal, Coral, Pearl, Turquoise, Bracelets, Mala, Trees, Vastu, Reiki, or healing products cannot be exchanged or returned.
  6. Exchange of loose gemstones is solely at our discretion and subject to verification. Altered, repaired, or cracked products are not eligible for exchange.
  7. In case of dispute regarding the genuineness of a gemstone, testing will be conducted by our approved laboratory (like IGI, IGI-GTL). The laboratory's report will be final. Shiv Parvati Gems is liable to compensate the full amount of the invoice if the product is proven unauthentic after verification.
  8. Easy exchange deductions will include applicable taxes, labor charges, wastage, bank charges, credit card charges, appraisal charges, shipping, and insurance charges on the original purchase.
  9. Original invoice and certification are mandatory for exchange. Missing documents will result in forfeiture of exchange eligibility.
  10. We do not provide warranties or guarantees regarding the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness, or suitability of our gemstones or information provided.
  11. Customer discretion is advised when using our products, services, or information.
  12. Complaints must adhere to the laid-down process/procedure.
  13. Company decisions in disputes are final.
  14. Failure to take delivery within 15 days will result in forfeiture of the advance amount.
  15. If the order is confirmed, making charges will be deducted in case of cancellation of order before completion.
  16. Disputes are subject to Delhi jurisdiction and may be referred to arbitration under the Arbitration & Conciliation Act, 1996, with an arbitrator appointed by the company.
